Tox fails complaining about a different version in metadata

I guess this is something related to some changes to the pip dependency solver

Should be fixed with review314981002 but I can not test as I did not manage to reproduce the error locally (using latest pip version 20.3.1)

This has already be complained on https://github.com/pypa/pip/issues/9203 but I do not think they are going to change. I think the only solution is that trydevpi returns version that match build version number. This means that we must add a parameter to the url which contains the build number and update tox links url to add this parameter.

Here are review322831002 and review320501002. The service trydevpi.tryton.org contains already the patch so it is easier to test. Unfortunately we will need to apply this change to all packages and to all series. To test you need to setup the CI_* variables in the environment before launching tox.
