Tooltips of some fields are flickering

When there are tooltips available for the fields:
- Text
- Many2Many

The tooltips are positioned just underneath the mouse cursor (horizontally in the middle, vertically at the top). This causes that the tooltip is between the field and the cursor, hence the field is not selected anymore. Then the tooltip is hided, so the field is selected again and the whole process starts again.

Not a bug, this is the behavior of GTK.

So there is no CSS involved in placing the tooltip? Just moving it a bit lower is enough to stay. Otherwise the help text is not readable.

Where can I find which version of GTK is used? Maybe building the client with an older version will fix this issue.

when you activate the option Toolbar -> Texts and Icons on the client on Windows, the tooltip flash on the buttons and the position is not good.
It becomes difficult to click on the buttons because you can not click on the tooltip.

With the new versions this is not an issue anymore. It seems it's fixed upstream.
