As the predefined list is the first widget of the dialog, it gets the focus and so the first row is selected.
But this is inconsistent with the other part of the dialog because the selected fields are not the predefined export but the current view field.
I propose to move the predefined export under the buttons that manage it, this will put the default focus on the fields list without selected any predefined exports. But also it makes the view easier to understand as the buttons are closed to what they control.
