I decided to not include Arabic in release 4.6, the translation rate is not high enough. But keep the work and maybe would could include in 4.8.

The language has been created and you have been set as administrator. https://pootle.tryton.org/ar/tryton/
Unfortunately, pycountry contains only Arabic translations for countries but not for subdivisions nor currencies.
We will include the translation in the next release if you achieve a good enough percentage of translations.
