Create an option in trytond-admin to set the admin password

This could be useful when people forget the admin password and also when the database creation failed a first time because trytond-admin will not ask on the second run.

Hello! My name is Eeshan Garg. I am a prospective GSOC applicant. I would love to work on this. I've already started. I think some of the code in trytond/admin.py that explicitly asks for the password if there is none in TRYTONPASSFILE could be refactored into a separate function in the same module to make things more manageable.
