Allow to define custom delivery date on sale and purchase
Following the discussion [1], it is a quite common need to be able to define the delivery date during the order.

Maybe purchase_delivery_date [1] and sale_delivery_date [2] modules
could be a good starting point.

I do not think it makes sense for sale as the shipment date can be edited if needed.
