Remove invoice/credit note type

We should merge both document and use negative quantity line.

One side effect is that the tax report for all credit note will have by default negative value. This could be changed with the credit note signs of the taxes.

Here is the WIP review18921002. Only account_invoice module is tested for now.

SQL query for migration that must be run before update:

UPDATE account_tax_template SET credit_note_base_sign = credit_note_base_sign * -1, credit_note_tax_sign = credit_note_tax_sign * -1;
UPDATE account_tax SET credit_note_base_sign = credit_note_base_sign * -1, credit_note_tax_sign = credit_note_tax_sign * -1;
