login fails if not ldap connection is defined

When ldap_authentication is installed, if no connection is configured it fails.
Normally, it should fallback to database.

It seems you can not understand that two different bugs could look the same if you don't read the code.

Perhaps you can try to see it this way: If an issue needs two or more changesets for the solution, it is nevertheless one issue. And the issue was: Upgrading/installing ldap modules to 3.3 without configuration failed due to missing configuration.
