Exception: Missing dependencies: ['account_invoice_stock']
but the account_invoice_stock is right installed for 3.0 version
I research a litle and I found that the problem is the trytond_purchase-3.0.0 module that intoduce new dependence: account_invoice_stock; so It seems the server doesn't process rightly new dependences of the old modules.
