Support the two-phase commit protocol

I have made a small blue print about the two-phase commit protocol.
Implementing it into tryton is a matter of implementing some so-called
DataManagers. It should be a quite easy for postres but as usual mysql and
sqlite might be difficult to handle.

I have updated to blueprint to improve the performance in case of non tpc.

This issue is related to the #4949 (closed) as while implementing it I am moving the commit method from cursor to the transaction object.
