Add regional indicator
Unicode supports to construct the regional indicator symbol. So I propose to add a Function field which return the symbol and for the country to use it as prefix of the record name. (not for subdivision because system support very few).

I got a remark that using Unicode flags would be a bad idea because Unicode consortium will not accept any request for new flags. But indeed the policy is that any new ISO country is automatically added without required a proposal. And for new ISO subdivision, they are automatically valid (but not necessary implemented by fonts, this is why we do not use them). The rules are described in https://www.unicode.org/emoji/proposals.html#Flags.
