Support pickup at warehouse

As discussed at https://discuss.tryton.org/t/sale-price-sale-quotation-vs-product-price-list/5012/5, we should allow to use the warehouse address as shipment and delivery address. It will be also useful to define on a party that the default delivery address is the warehouse address.

Shouldn't the incoterms disabled like shipment cost method in case of choosing Warehouse as shipment address?

For me it fells in the case of no carrier.

Delivery note report looks quite confusing when using pick up at warehouse: (From) Company BV (To) Company BV street, city, country with the customer name missing.

Should I add Customer name in the report like we do on Picking List?

I updated the delivery note report to always use the customer name instead of the name of the party of the delivery address.
