Scenario: A company purchases parts from a supplier in another country and another language.
Problem: On the purchase the delivery address of the company is shown in the language of the company.
This address is used by the supplier to send the parts to the company.
But the post office in the nation of the supplier doesn't understand the language of the company.
Solution: Country and Subdivision should be translated in the context of the actual language.

I do not agree. The address must be displayed in a language of the target country with the exception of the country which should be in French or English as explained in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Address#Address_format.

But now it is displayed untranslated or maybe in the database language.
E.g German company lang de, Poland company lang en. The country of the delivery address on a purchase report is displayed in German language, but should be Englisch.

On Purchase a supplier is the origin of a delivery and the Company is the destination.
I do not understand this remark. The destination of an address is always the party linked to the address.
As we do not know what is the language of the target country, it is good enough to use the party language.
So only the country should be displayed in English (French is not guarantee to be activated).
