Add warning when posting invoices on the future

We should make dificult to post an invoice in the future because once an invoice is posted in the future it blocks posting other invoices on the past using the same sequence.

This is like #9355 (closed) but for invoices

IMHO this should be an error and not a warning.

Perhaps an alternative (used by some other packages) would be to issue the warning and indicate(and implement) that the invoice will not be posted to the General Ledger until the date has arrived.

It is extremely dangerous (juridically speaking) to have GL dates in the future - e.g. in case of fiscal audits, one I doubt no serious company (nor accountant) would be willing to test.
