Add icon of type `color`
Following #13800 (closed) it may be useful to display visually a color on the tree view.
For that I think the best option is to extend the icon type to add color which just display an image filled with the color.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
