Improve gtk new version message

    Due to #13611 (closed) it's recommended to not install the latest version.

    The problem is that every time an alert of new version is raised without the user know if the new version is newer from the one that is crashes.

    Also it's kind to let to know the user in advance what will be downloading

    I propose to add the version on the message notification.
