We have 4 wizards to assign stock move on different documents. But indeed they do almost the same thing. So I think we could merge them into a generic assignation wizard.
Also for now we have only OK or Force assignation option when the document can not be assigned. I think we should add more options:

- Cancel that set back to waiting state
- Ignore that set non assigned quantity to zero and assign the document

Also having a single assignation wizard could ease the customization of the process across all documents.
