I've uploaded review325191002 whichs adds a cron job that replans the shipmetns and productions. 

I did not include supplier shipments nor customer returns because those shipments are not controlled by the company, so it should be manually replaned one by one after contacting the customer or the supplier. 

The code allows to customize for each model the records to be replanned and the new planning values for this records. 

I did not create any wizard to run the replanning because I think it should be an automatic task to be run by the system which ensures all the planing rules are part of the server logic. The user can do any customization latter by updating the planned dates of the shipments.
