Well I do not see why Germany will be different than the three others EU countries implemented. All EU countries have to follow the same rules.
So this issue has to wait until i have the time to explain the problems i see with your proposal to split one tax into two because of the need of two tax groups for goods and services.
I do not want to add more tax until the service/goods taxes management is correctly design in the chart.
Until now I do not see how it is possible to write a tax rule that correctly set taxes for buying service inside EU without taxes and buying goods inside EU with correct taxes.
I do not understand why you are adding new tasks to this ticket. The taxes are valuable for the chart as they are in the review. The things you want to have are quite complicated to solve and i propose to create another ticket for that.
I think there is a need to create two taxes group for purchase and sale. One for service and one for goods as Germany must have the same rules as other EU countries.
Also I do not understand why there are a group for reduced purchase. I have the feeling that tax group has not been correctly used in this chart of account.
I do not understand. There is no distinction in tax group between services and goods. So why is the current taxes can not be used? Also how those new taxes will be managed with the tax rules?
The chart is missing taxes for services received.
