Here is review331591002. It adds only the Genshi directive elements because extending standard HTML element to support Genshi attributes would require to redefine all the standard definition. I think it is better to keep safe default value and just require from the user to use directives.

When editing a HTML report which contains <py/> or [py:], they are stripped by TinyMCE.
I think we could use [1] to allow Genshi syntax.
