Drone hook slow
The drone notification is quite slow as it has to send a POST request to another machine hosted on a slow internet connection. Also when some changesets are pushed at the same time, the drone machine is quite buzy and so it answers even slower.
I think we do not need to have in real time notification. We could have on hg.tryton.org a simple service that will behave as a queue for drone notification. The trypod hook would send to it the POST, it will store it in a queue and have a worker that consume this queue and do the real POST to drone. As it will be local and all in memory, I think it will be much faster.
I do not think it is important to care about loosing notification in case of crash or reboot of the queuing service. It could be implemented in the trypod flask site.
