On a shipment from a sale or a purchase, the user can change the product of the outgoing or incoming move (the reason could be to switch to an equivalent available product).
But if the user select a product with a different category of unit of measure, the sale or purchase will fail to compute the remaining quantity or the quantity to invoice because it convert the move quantity to the unit of measure of the sale.
For me, we should prevent the user to select non compatible product on the move.
