For the record, the review22141003 allows to replace the default FileStore class. For example, someone could want to store file on a distributed storage system.
Also it allows to use prefixes to separate different kind of files. But it keep the database name as prefix for attachments.

The way the attachment are stored could be useful to others.
So the idea is to extract a generic module with simple get/set methods.
