date_parse throws ValueError with format "%x %X.%f"
The method 'date_parse' is not always able to parse the format "%x %X.%f" where the supplied date string is in the following format:
21/08/2015 11:40:22 AM.547501.
date_parse throws a ValueError exception where the message is one of the following:
- hour must be in 0..23
- minute must be in 0..59
- second must be in 0..59
Replacing the call to date_parse with the datetime.strptime method works fine.
