For reference: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=759602
If someone has the problem we should collect version of client and version on windows here. For me right now the issue is not reproducable with the windows boxes I can access. Replacing the dll solved the issue on a Win10 and client 3.6 (but others with the same combination did not have the problem)

Replacing all the dll from latest gimp fixes the error for me. But I didn't find a convenient way to update my windows env to latest gtk-bundle.

@karla for the moment the only solution for me was it changes the "bad" svg icons, and the problem was solved.

@oscar, it would be interesting to know if you found a workaround.
Someone on the spanish mailing list is having this same issue on 3.8

It is a good practice to give the link of the report for follow-up

Bug reported to upstream
msg21494 (view) Author: [hidden] (ced) (Tryton committer) (Tryton translator) Date: 2015-06-11.09:15:40
Please report it to upstream.
We use the version 0.32.4 but I see there are 2 new releases.

I put the issue as deferred and assign to @oscar to follow with the upstream.

I found the problem, some svg icons (not all) menu of my modules (no official staff, maintenance) generating crash on Windows, I don't know why some icons fail on windows on 3.6 version, but mac and linux render fine this icons, before on 3.0, 3.2 and 3.4 this icons works fine on windows.

I am sure that is related about like libpixman render on windows in this last version.

I think that this issue can be closed.

It will be great to have the full content of the details (and in English) instead of a screenschot.

Maybe can be a problem, on database or configuration, ok, but why linux or mac client not crash, even the same modules was installed for 3.4 version including (unofficial some modules) this was migrated to 3.6, this is screenshoot the crash on windows:

I will testing another databases on 3.6, for find the problem.

So I don't know what to say, @oscar you are the only one to have a problem with it. I see not action possible without having more information like a traceback or an error code.
Also your manual setup is just using out dated versions of GTK which is known to have memory leaks. If you want to build on the same environment, you must use: http://git.tryton.org/?p=gtk-builder-win.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/tryton

I have tested in diffrent hardware in different companies, on Windows 8 32 bits and Windows 7 64 bit, and anothers users with fresh install all fail, for example linux client and mac client enter to UI without problems to database, I tried to remove binary field and widget image on my system (maybe related with some lib gtk or cairo), but the problem persist, today I tried to install tryton client on Window with tar.gz 3.6.1, and I installed dependences manually (python, pygtk, dateutil) and works fine, without errors on terminal.

@oscar in your tests, did you use always the same hardware? Do you have any special setup or software installed? Because most of the people can not reproduce your crash.

On virtualbox seems does not fail.

Can not reproduce (tested also on Windows 7.0).
I don't think it is linked to msg21336.
