exception when creating two users, using wizard "Configure users" (after a fresh install)

How to reproduce:
- Create a new postgres database using createdb
- Initialize database with trytond -i all -d db
- Run trytond
- Run tryton client
- Create 2 users with the wizard "Configure users"
- after adding second user, an exception occurs:
