Nopes, we remove migration up to stable series only because there can still be 5.0 users because it is still supported.

this mean for release 4.x we could remove all migrations before 2.x

We are now on 6.3 so, so my thought was I could remove to 4.3.

Following the rules it should remove only migration up to 4.8.

As I understand, migrations saying Migration from 4.8 could be removed?
