From https://plan-comptable-ohada.com/ this is a chart of account shared by the countries from OHADA.
It can be multilingal but for now I have only the French version. Also there are two version 2001 and 2016.
So the idea is to have a single XML template and use XSLT to generate the different version.
As taxes are not standardized, to generate a chart of account for a specific country I propose to just use the generated XML files in the country module and complete the module with another tax XML.
