I was pointed to pikepdf which seems well maintained and may be a better replacement without impact to licenses.

We have some modules that needs to manipulate PDF files. For now we use PyPDF2 which is basically no more maintained.
There are some alternatives: https://stackoverflow.com/a/63557138/687601
PyMuPDF seems a good replacement but it has an AGPL license. So this means that trytond will have to complain with AGPL if those modules are installed.
