When adding a Bank Account via "SEPA Manadates" (and probably other ways) in the Web-UI, the modal requester does not show the "Account Numbers" area, see "Screenshot modal". This inhibits adding a bank account this way. (The "Account Numbers" area is show when adding the account via Banking→Accounts, see other screenshot).
How to reproduce:
* Banking → SEPA Mandatas → Add → Account Number → New → Account → Create
==> The is no place to insert any "Account Number"
